Dominik Brunner FRICS
Dominik Brunner combines real estate and IT / digitalisation expertise.
The projects he has led include developing a new key performance indicator system and applying it across Europe for a retail asset manager, designing and implementing an asset management platform in Scandinavia for an international investment house, and introducing cost analysis in property acquisitions for a fund manager in Germany.
Furthermore, his experience also includes establishing, managing, and restructuring service departments at international technology companies (including Yardi and Altus/Argus). His service portfolio also includes specialized real estate services related to transaction and asset management.
In addition to holding degrees in mathematics and economics and having pursued further education at IREBS and Oxford Saïd Business School, Dominik Brunner is a certified Real Estate Investment Advisor.
Dominik Brunner is also a member of the RICS Germany advisory board and of the European working group on “Data Handling.” At gif e.V., he leads the expert team for Real Estate IT. He also serves as a guest lecturer, teaching courses such as ‘Value Creation and IT’ and ‘Property Management and IT’ at THM, as well as ‘Real Estate Cash Flow Modeling’ at ADI.
Jens Starkjohann
Jens Starkjohann is Managing Director of ARELIO GmbH and a member of the Executive Board of ASCAVO AG, where he is jointly responsible for Consulting.
After studying business administration at the University of Hamburg, specialising in industrial management and operations research, he held various positions at international consulting firms. He has advised the real estate industry in Germany and abroad since 1995, with a focus on SAP.
Most recently he was a member of the Executive Board of SemTrac AG, responsible for strategic client acquisition, the development of products for unit price calculation, tax calculations and investor administration, and key account management.
Yannik von Witzler
Yannik von Witzler is Managing Director of ARELIO GmbH and a member of the Executive Board of ASCAVO AG, where he is jointly responsible for Product Development and Consulting.
His path led from a real estate apprenticeship via a Bachelor of Real Estate and a Master of Accounting & Taxation to the German public auditor (Wirtschaftsprüfer) examination. Over more than 15 years in the industry he has worked in real estate finance and in audit at PwC in the fund management (KVG) environment, in particular auditing open-ended real estate funds.
He joined ASCAVO in 2019, has led SAP implementation projects and, as team lead in the FUNDS area, has helped shape the product range for the investment industry.
